 + 1 moreI first met Jake when he was working on my neighbor's house. I saw the work he did and decided to call him to do some things for me. He is now my "Go To Guy" whenever I need something done around the house that I can't complete myself. Jake came out, looked at the basement, talked to me about some ideas I had and submitted a bid. The bid was reasonable, so I hired him. He asked if he could work in the evenings and weekends to complete the project and I agreed. He was willing to work with me when I changed my mind on things (several times!). I feel like he listened to what I wanted, envisioned it, and made it happen. I would have to say that the process took a little longer than I had hoped, but the end product was worth the wait.
Description of Work: I hired Jake to finish my basement into a home office. The project started with a cement floor, concrete block walls, electrical in place, and no ceiling. Jake replaced an inefficient window with a better one, insulated, framed out the basement, hung, taped, and finished the sheet rock, installed and textured the ceiling, hung two sets of bifold doors, and constructed a bookcase. We did the finish work such as baseboards and painting ourselves to save money.

 + -1 morePerfect. That is how I would describe the repair job Jake did on the front of my house. It looks awesome. There is no more leaking. He cleaned up the work area when he was done. PERFECT!
Description of Work: I had some rotten siding, soffit, and facia on the front exterior of my house. I hired Jake to fix it. To save money, I painted it myself when he was finished.
