SUPERIOR EXTERIORS INC

I contacted Superior Exteriors in mid-April following the April 9th hailstorm. I submitted a bid request via the online website form, and Dean Preister, the owner of Superior Exteriors, contacted me by phone less than 10 minutes later. Dean came out to inspect the damage after the insurance adjuster to verify the amount and costs. Dean came in under the insurance adjusters' estimate. Dean was very thorough with his follow-up notifications, always informing me where we stood in the process, and what the next step was. Dean did a good job in having all of the subcontractors lined up and on-site when he said they would be. Dean took care of replacing the siding and downspouts himself, and he was very thorough. When the roof was torn off and replaced, Dean made sure that all of my potted plants were moved out of the way, and made sure all of my landscaping was covered and protected from the falling debris from the roof. Dean was also very friendly, and took the time to build rapport and show interest in you as a person, rather than just another paycheck. During the final inspection after all the work was complete, Dean pointed out that some falling debris had snagged one of the window screens and damaged it. He took the screen and had it repaired at no cost to me, which was a nice gesture. I enjoyed working with Dean throughout the process, and would never hesitate to use Superior Exteriors again, and have already referred a family member to Superior Exteriors.

Very well, great at clean up and on the job work

They did a really great job and my roof looks nice. It has been there for only a month and so it is hard to tell. I had got two quotes and they were the higher of the two. It looks good and Greg was very nice. They got it all done in one day. They got the quote to me and I decided to go with them. He came out the same night and got it signed and came out a couple of days later and made sure that I had picked out the tile. It took them a couple off weeks to put the roof on, but other than that, it was a really good experience. Once they said they were coming, they were there within half an hour. They were very responsive and professional and did a good job. I am planning on having them give me a quote for windows as well.

Dean Preister provided an estimate for the work and charged exactly what he estimated. In one day the entire roof and vents were installed. Dean Preister and his crew of about 8 workers worked on the roof together, tearing the old roof down to the decking. Three decking sheets were replaced and #15 felt installed prior to the architectural shingles. The crew worked well together; they did an excellent job. Dean Preister and 2 workers removed the old gutters and downspouts. The old 2 x 3 downspouts were replaced with 3 x 4 downspouts. Two additional downspouts were installed from the top roof to the middle roof. New aluminum fascia and soffit were added throughout exterior... Work was delayed due to the weather, but was completed within the month specified. The entire project was accomplished professionally. Dean answered our questions and gave us suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with the final product.

My 15 year old skylight was leaking badly. I had caulked the inside but that did not help. Dean came out and repaired the outside and even after 3 weeks of heavy rain that we're having in late May and early June 2008, I have not had any additional leaking.
