We purchased the house, partially because of the quality of the granite and sinkwork in the kitchen. When the sink separated from the granite, we instantly saw dollar signs. We were able to track down who did the installation for the previous owners. They had no problem covering the repair under the product's existing warranty. Though it took a little while for them to get a team out (a week), I was so impressed with their willingness to come out and make the repair happen. If we ever have more work done in the house, they will definitely get a phone call from us.
