After doing research on the many remote starts there are on the market, I decided I wanted a Viper and went to Stereo West to buy one and have it installed. They were able to install the starter on the following Monday which was a surprise ( I thought I would have to wait longer) and when I picked up the vehicle, I was told that the model I had purchased had not been in stock so they went with a more expensive model (remote start w/ security) for no extra charge. The person I worked with throughout the transaction was very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. I will definitely go back for other accessories.
