SOUTHWEST HEATING & AC

Our A/C went out around 5 pm on a Sunday. Called a technician to come; showed up at approx. 8:00 pm. The technician was courteous and fixed the problem, or so we thought. HOWEVER, within 15 hours the A/C went out again. We called again to have someone come check it out. Two days later (2 days of 98 degrees + humidity), we STILL have not heard back from this company. Customer Service would dictate that even if you couldn't come right away, it's very good practice to at least call the customer back to let them know when you might make it. We called 3 times on June 6th, and at least twice today on the 7th. Company reps don't even answer the ohone during business hours - they have a 24 hour answering service taking their calls. Additionally, they are a service provider through our home warranty company, and there wasn't supposed to be a deductible for their service call. However, they insisted on collecting at least $100. We finally had to resort to calling another provider this afternoon who came out by 6 pm. I will never use this company again.
