Storage
South Pacific Storage, while having new, clean facilities, is a nightmare. I rented a storage unit for 12 months. In that time I had 5 billing errors. This included double billing and being billed three times my rent. Also, my rent was raised with no notice. Finally, deciding it was not worth the hassle, I moved to another facility. When stopped and closed my lease, I was told, "Your credit card is out of the system. You will not be billed again." Guess what...I was billed again the next month.
These problems were all corrected. However, with the frequency I have to believe it was not a coincidence. I would recommend that you do not use South Pacific Storage. However, if you chose to do so, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Go through the extra hassle of mailing it or dropping off your rent every month.
