I am not sure the TV seemed to work properly when it was finely returned but since has taken spells of not starting as it should, My impression is that all capacitors were not replaced and a problem is again starting.

The company was disfunctional in replying about $ estimates and when repair would be completed. Two telephone calls were not answered. One personal visit ended with the owner telling me the repair had not been done. Another telephone call went unanswered. Finally, we received a telephone call that the repair had been completed two days after we had taken the tv in for repair. The public area of the shop is in disarray and the carpet is stained and very dirty. Several old console tv's litter the public area.

"At the time we were not disfunctional. I was running the whole business alone. Due to a bad hire I had to let someone go and was all alone for over a month. The old consoles were converted into carts to carry heavy tvs instead of filling a landfill somewhere. Im sorry the carpet was dirty im supprised you didnt mention the ceiling too I was still getting all the insulation above the roofing tiles after the tornado that year that tore the roof off. The carpet is clean now sorry it made you uncomfortable, but we are still really busy and full of tvs. Sorry for the frustration hope your tv is still working perfectly"

A little late on finishing the job, but that was mostly due (I was told) to a delay in getting a part.

I was satisfied with the service. They told me what was wrong with the TV. They gave me an estimate on the part and repair fees. A few days later they came back to install the part, and it was fixed very quickly. I know it was a $200 job, but you can't purchase a new TV of this size for that price, so I went ahead with the repairs anyway.
