Whole eperience was very pleasant. They were informative and helpful, returned calls promptly, were flexible in scheduling. They arrived on time, installed the linolieum quickly leaving the work area clean and neat with a wonderful looking new floor. It's been 8+ months and no problems what so ever.

We needed to re-carpet four bedrooms and the finished basement. Our first stop was to the other major carpet seller in Omaha. We didn't feel comfortable with the sales person because she kept pushing one brand of carpet (made from corn oil) - she told us that everything else in the store was inferior and sub-grade compared to the carpet made from Corn! (It was obvious that they just got a big shipment of the corn carpet and this is what she was supposed to push). At the recommendation of our carpet installer, we went to Smart Choice Carpet Outlet. What a difference! We spoke with Betty. She was wonderful! She took the time to educate us on the different grades and materials of carpet and assisted us in picking the best carpet for our needs. Betty is what I consider an excellent sales person; listen to the customer, determine what they are trying to do or what problem they're trying to solve, and then offer several solutions to meet their needs/problem. Also, even though we didn't buy the 'corn carpet' (we purchased another material), Smart Choice beat the other guy's price by approx. $300.00.

The owner, Julian is great, but his workers are terrible. Some of the carpet was installed wrong, so they re-installed a piece of it, but it doesn't even match the rest of the carpet. I called to have them fix it, but the same work crew came out and never did get it right. I just decided to forget about it.
