A two man team came to my home to clean the dryer vent. 
They were quick and efficient with cleaning the dryer hose and vent. 
I didn't expect the cleaning of just one dryer vent to be more than $100.  However I was told the price over the phone and scheduled the appointment anyway since it needed to be done.   The final price I paid was not a surprise. 
I am happy that I had it done to satisfy my worry since lint clogged dryer tubes/vents can be a fire hazard.  I will most likely use this service provider in the future.

Darrin and Benjamin arrived on time and introduced themselves. Both men were very professional and friendly. When they were finished Darrin asked for a broom and swept the basement floor. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The inside of my house, which is four years old, was finished mostly during the winter months.  That meant the furnace was running while the drywall was being sanded and during other heavy interior construction.  Because of extreme ongoing dust issues, I suspected that a lot of drywall powder and other debris had wound up in the HVAC ducts. I was right -- Darrin and his partner vacuumed a huge volume of gunk from the ductwork, plus they cleaned the furnace itself.  (Troubling to think that those in the house had been breathing this stuff.)  You can literally smell the difference.
As the other reviewers have noted, Darrin and his partner were absolutely professional and courteous in every respect.  He showed me was he was doing every step of the way, leaving me confident that no one could've done a better job.  It's important to mention that  his equipment was up to the task; it takes a lot of power and suction to reach all stretches of ductwork that goes completely across a  large ranch-style house.  Plus, most of it is drywalled over in a finished basement, and accessible only from the furnace room.  So he had to go a long way to reach some spots.  The smaller systems of some other companies simply couldn't have done the job.  These gentlemen have my strongest endorsement.  There's a reason for their perfect record of glowing reviews here.

Great experience.  Both men were very professional, courteous and cleaned up afterwards.  Put up corner guards to protect the walls where the hose might rub.  Also found my flap was missing on the outside of house and replaced it!

They arrived when they said they would, introduced themselves. Put covers on their feet. They explained what and how they were going to do the work. They showed me pictures of the inside of the ducts prior to starting and also showed me pictures after cleaning to compare. Took them around two hours which is what I had been told when setting up the appointment.
They were fast effeicient and freindly also very concerned about cleaning up after themselves. Was able to show me how to control the dampers on my furnace which I did not even know were there.
I would definitly call them again.

Contacted Darrin via their web site first and then we followed up by phone. We were trying to get the duct cleaning done before we moved in the following week.  He was able to adjust his schedule in order to fit us in.  He and his assistant arrived right on time and after a quick tour of the house got right to work.  The whole process took about three hours.  They took time to point out issues we might not have noticed and confirmed a few things our house inspector had mentioned.  Everything was neat and clean when they left.  Given the amount of junk they sucked out of the vents, it was definitely worth the price.

I first contacted Darrin from the website.  He was fast at getting back to me with a quote.  We set up a time and confirmed the date. Darrin and Jeff arrived on time and got right to work.  They worked non-stop and were very polite and considerate of our home.  Got the job done in approx. 2 hours or so.  The actual bill was cheaper than the quote.   They cleaned up after they were done and we couldn't of been happier with the job.  I would recommend anyone seeking professionals to have Simpson's Power-Vac do the job for them.

Cleaned 28 vents and the dryer vent. They also pointed out issues with the wiring of the dryer that could be a potential fire hazard.

The two owners arrived and introduced themselves at the door. My house was a bit chaotic that day because I had another service person there and the mail person was delivering a package when they arrived. They asked if they could come in and I obviously agreed. One of the men began lifting vents as the other protected my woodwork and began to carry very large hoses to my basement. They worked very well as a team and while one of the men was cleaning a vent, the other would walk behind him carrying hoses, replacing vents, and making sure that all vents were replaced correctly and none were missed. One of the gentleman asked if I was having trouble keeping one side of my house cool and I said that I was, he adjusted some basement dampers and noticed that my house was cooler already. In addition, while they were cleaning a vent, the vent broke away. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, the vent has broken before and I forgot to mention it. When they left, he mentioned that he had fixed it. Before they left, they changed my air filter, cleaned up EVERYTHING, and even put away my trash cans (it was trash day and the trash truck had come by already). Not only did they do what I asked and paid for, but they went above and beyond what was required. I am very impressed with this company and would use them again or recommend them to a friend without hesitation.

Wow I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was called back promptly after leaving a message and we set up an appointment for the next day.  When the 2 guys arrived they introduced themselves and even shook my hand.  They answered any questions I had and did the job quickly and neatly.  I have no complaints but plenty of praise for the 2 guys who were representing Simpson Power Vac.

A bit expensive, but after I realized their quality and the fact that I may not have to do it again for at least a year, it was well worth the investment! I looked into one of my vents and it looked brand new! Don't under-estimate the number of vents and returns that you have. That way you won't suffer from sticker-shock. The guys were very professional, friendly and flexible. I would highly recommend them!

The above ratings say it all. The price was fair, they were professional, prompt, clean and very responsive by email & phone.
The owner Brian & Jeff  arrived about 9 am and completed by Noon. They cleaned 25 runs + 2 dryer vents. They took care to remove and replace all registers and diffuser clean w/o damage to surrounding wall or ceiling areas. Also, took care to clean each supply branch, supply trunk run and all return ducts which were very dirty. . They cleaned up and were careful not let the vac hose from their truck disturb much in our house
