Simply Steaming is owned and operated locally. We are a small company consisting of an owner\operator and sometimes his son. We have no employees to let you down, every part of the work is accomplished by the owner himself. The owner is IICRC trained, tested and certified and maintains his certifications by attending yearly education classes on his trade. Simply Steaming is BBB Accreditted and is fully insured. We provide a No holds barred customer satisfaction guarantee. If our customer is not happy with our service we will reclean the surface and if still disatissfied we will gladly refund the price paid for the area. We will refer a local carpet repair company at the customers request.

Excellent.
Owner did the work himself was very flexible with our timing and the placement of furniture requiring two visits and not charging extra. Doug even did an extra area of carpet at no additional cost while he was here which we had another vendor just do in a different room and were not totally satisfied.
He removed all sports plus there was no lingering odor and the carpets dried in a short amount of time.
