Signature Lawns

They were priced well for the market, communicated well, and provided the service in a very timely manner.  The old dead material was removed properly and with good clean-up.  The new mulch did appear to be left-over from last year and did not have a fresh color applied to it.  Also, the edging clumps were added to the top of the old mulch (as they said they would), but were not covered deeply enough to prevent regrowth, so I ended up with multiple areas of grass growing in previously all-mulch areas.  Also, the mulch was to have been applied to a uniform new depth of 3", but there were many areas where very little additional mulch was applied at all.  They did do a good job of cleaning up and leaving the yard in a neat condition.
