We went back and forth with several editions of blue prints and finally settled on a final version. Construction began and the builder was ever-present. Change orders were accommodated in an orderly manner and we knew the cost prior to commencement of the change. Absolutely detail oriented; pickier than I am. If I were building again, I would use Siebler Building Co. again.

Could not have been better. Although it took longer than originally planned I accept full responsibility for changing my mind on various items. When I asked for a small shelf to be built in the furnace room to hold network equipment, I got a beautifully constructed, solid shelf exactly like I was looking for. His craftsmanship is simply the best.
