There was one issue that was handled to my satisfaction.  I received the initial bid which was to include removing sliding cabinet doors and rehanging doors without sliders.  The installer told me that wasn't covered in the quote which I had been told it was.  The President stepped in and made it right.

Best thing I ever did in my home. Increased the functionality of the kitchen.

The workers were punctual, were careful in taking exact measurements, and installed the glide out shelves without a hitch.
I was skeptical, thinking the shelves would take up too much space on the sides. Happily, there is enough room for all the items we need ( we cleaned out the ones we didn't need) and were able to fit items we didn't use often into the sides and corners!
 We absolutely love the slide out shelves, they save us a lot of time digging around and being frustrated trying to find items in our cupboards. 
We highly recommentd ShelfGenie to anyone who wants their life more organized!

They were okay.  They proposed the most expensive version of the shelf that I ordered and I just wanted the minimum one.  They mis-proposed it but it was corrected and it turned out to be okay.  I think the $199 big deal was a discount.  

The installation went very well.  The guy had gotten everything right and everything was fine.  But the sales process could have been a little bit better, I think they could pay more attention to what the customer actually wants rather what they want to push.  The product is nice.

.They came very promptly and were professional. I had 2 cabinets that neede pullout shelves  on the bottom.  If I hadn't used shelf genie, that space would have been not used at all. I am happy with them but shelf genie is expemsive.

Everything went well. They did a wonderful job. They were very professionally done & the quality of the work is excellent. The shelves work well. We're very happy.

They came out to fix the rail that they built and they fixed it for me for no charge. It took a while to get in touch with them, but once I made the connection, they were fine. I love my converted shelves. I love my pull outs; I have them all over my house. It was not cheap for them to come out and put in shelves all over my house, but as my husband says, “it was the best investment we have ever made.” It just made things so much easier. The quality of the pull out shelves is excellent. The gentleman who I worked with on the design, designed the shelves the way that would work best for me. I first got them in the fall of 2007, and I think it is signifigant that they would come and fix a small glitch four years after they built them.

I would definitely use them again.  I was satisfied with their work.

The estimator did a nice job and gave me an estimate for the immediate work and possible future work. The installation went well also and I have no complaint about the workanship. However, I found that I did not really gain any extra space and access to the items in the corner cabinet is not much easier than it was before the conversion. Things cannot be piled very high in the drawers without running the risk of having them slide off when the drawers are pulled open. There was a deep drawer option, but the price was astronomical as it was and there was no way I could have managed the extra cost for deeper drawers. I doubt I will have any future work done--simply not worth the price in my estimation.

Everything went well. There was one area that didn't work well after installation. They came back, redesigned, and I am happy with the end result.
