Terry was quick to respond for my new business. He looked at the floor and explained that it would need to be heavily skim coated in order to epoxy it, this would entail additional time and effort by the crew. I agreed to the price and pd it. Despite having a lifetime warranty within a month the epoxy began to bubble. I called him immediately and although he did not respond quickly he did respond. I think it was six months when he came out and by then the bubbling had continued to progress throughout half of the garage floor. What was most irritating is his insistence was the epoxy didn’t fail, but the garage floor failed. Ridiculous. If I had the time and energy I should have taken him to small claims court. He surveyed the original garage floor, he took the moisture readings, he determined that the skim coat was necessary before applying the product. I paid and trusted the concrete specialist. My garage floor looks horrible for the 3500 i paid. He said what i needed is for the entire floor to be removed and repoured. He offered to do it at cost., but never came out to do it. I would not reccomend this contractor.

Floor looked great the first two years. However, this company did not do a moisture test. In the fourteen years before having the garage floor coated, we had no standing water or moisture issues. We have since found out that we have a higher than normal moisture pressure, which did not show up until the coating was applied and created a problem known as efflorescence. The floor started flaking and bubbling throughout the garage within two years and now four years later, it is horrible. It took six months and numerous phone calls to get Terry out to look at the issue. He refused to honor his "lifetime" warranty and would never return phone calls. Another company came out and did a moisture test and we discovered why the original coating failed. Moisture problem can be resolved, but we had to remove the original coating and reapply with multiple layers. Terry refused to repair or provide a refund. We went through the BBB, but Terry refused to participate.

Terry came out to give us an estimate and we had the bid five days later. We went back and forth with calls and emails but settled on a plan and an estimated date of pouring. Terry was able to fit our job in so we had our patio poured two weeks earlier than planned. That was great! The crew came in the morning began working and was done in about 4 hours. They left the area clean as if they were never there. The crew was friendly and professional. We are very pleased.

We called and left a message with all of the details/requests above. After a week, we still have not heard back from them. We are not sure if it is too small of a job or if they are too busy to even return our call, but we never heard back from them.
