The goal of the project was to improve the roofline by incorporating a third garage into the primary structure. Before the project, the garage looked more like a shed and we were hoping to blend it into the rest of the house. The faux brick was removed and replaced with bricks that matched the rest of the house. The house was also re-shingled and gutter covers were added. They started the work on schedule. Each subcontractor (carpenters, roofers, bricklayers) arrived on time and finished in good order; they all arrived precisely on schedule and often stayed late to complete their tasks on or ahead of time. The project was finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Chad Trout was very easy to contact and responded quickly. He was very good at answering my questions so that I was fully informed about the process. In the weeks since the project was finished, he has stayed in touch to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction, and has followed up on a lighting issue created by the installer of the garage door opener. There were no complications. I am more than satisfied, and the finished project looks even better than I had anticipated. Where before the extension to the house was more obvious, today you wouldn't give it a second glance. There is no aspect of the project that needs improvement.

He came out and looked at the new porch and sent me a bid for the work. He did not ask me how I wanted the railing or what I wanted or anything. When I sent him an e-mail asking him to meet me out here it was 2 months before he responded to the e-mail. When he did e-mail me we agreed on a day and time to meet. He did not show up nor did he call. I would never consider using them at this point.

I tried to do a coupon thing for this company and the communication just wasn't really good. Perhaps the deal was for something different than what I thought and the contractor did not want to deal with my wife and me. I am not sure what happened but it just did not work out.

They were nice. I chatted with the foreman or the salesman and he took some measurements. I was pleased with them. They were good. They were nice and I didn't feel like they were pushy.

His name was Kevin Seidl. He did an excellent job. I liked everything they did; their professionalism, their quality of work, the material they used and also the price. It was all excellent. In terms of responsiveness, they were right on time. Everything was just fantastic.
