They started the work on schedule. Each subcontractor (carpenters, roofers, bricklayers) arrived on time and finished in good order; they all arrived precisely on schedule and often stayed late to complete their tasks on or ahead of time. The project was finished two weeks ahead of schedule.
Chad Trout was very easy to contact and responded quickly. He was very good at answering my questions so that I was fully informed about the process. In the weeks since the project was finished, he has stayed in touch to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction, and has followed up on a lighting issue created by the installer of the garage door opener.
There were no complications. I am more than satisfied, and the finished project looks even better than I had anticipated. Where before the extension to the house was more obvious, today you wouldn't give it a second glance. There is no aspect of the project that needs improvement.
