The work was excellent and the time required was what they estimated. The cost is high but there are coupons on-line and they give you coupons for another visit on completion of the work, so the cost could have been 25% less. Other detailers in the area are close to the same price. The waiting room is okay. Overall, I was happy with their work.

Brett was fantastic. He was so courteous and professional.

As usual, the work was done right and fast, and it's always a pleasure to get into an inside and out clean car! I always use them for all of my car cleaning needs! Also get a hand wax twice a year before in the Spring and Fall. They usually have great specials. Look out for it!

This is the first time I've had my '07 Hyundai Accent thoroughly cleaned. After getting it back it's like new again. Although the complete detail package does take awhile the time I was quoted (2 hours) was right on. The waiting room has very large and comfortable chairs and free, fresh popcorn. When my car was ready they came into the waiting room to let me know.

Went in for first oil change on 2012 F150. Oil change took just under 10 minutes. While I like fast it makes me feel that the $70 for the oil change is a lot to charge.
What helps here is they do a full exterior wash in the price. Since I did an synthetic oil change I also negotiated a hand wax. in the end i spent over $100 bucks but felt it was worth it when my truck was spotless.

I received excellent customer service, and they were very helpful. My cat peeded on the car seat, and that is HORRIBLE to say the least. They gave me a reasonable rate to only clean the seat the cat went on. It took several visits due to the nature of the mess to get rid of the smell, but they only charged me for the one time fee. I would go back again in a heart beat.

I was a bit confused to the process in the beginning, but after speaking to the lady behind the counter, I was informed to pull my car into the wash and let the attendant know what type of service I wanted. I was given a ticket to take inside and pay for my service. The store has coffee, water, and popcorn available for free to the customers. They have a very nice lounge area with TVs and very comfortable furniture. The free Wi-Fi made for a great benefit as well to pass the time by. When my car was completed, my keys were handed to me with instructions to leave my windows cracked for a while to allow the chemical smell from the shampooing and leather treatment to air out of the car. My car was returned to me in pristine condition, and I look forward to using their service again in the future.

I love them. They are pricey.
