Rove Pest Control

It went fine but my problem was when I called and tried to cancel my contract the manager, Taylor gave me the run around saying they needed 30 days notice and I had an appointment scheduled in Nov. 2013 therefore I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I asked why they were coming out in 30 days from last visit since I was only on a twice a year program. He finally said my contract was canceled but we will see come next year.

They seem to do a good work. I have no problems with them whatsoever and I pay $400 a year for their services. They also show up on time and if I see any bugs in the future, they would come back out for free as a bonus.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The techs are very friendly but the owner or manager (not sure which he is) Scott, has horrible customer service skills. He has a threatening way of dealing with his customers. I had them come out and spray our home and was very disappointed in the service, it didn't protect our home at all from anything. What a joke!! PLEASE BEWARE of this company, go with a company that is national at least they will give better customer service. It was not worth the stress it is causing.

Rove Pest Control came through yesterday and did a door to door - trying to sell their services. They actually missed the part that they were supposed to do. They were in and out in five minutes. I called them afterwards and they still have not showed up. They were supposed to be here at 11. It is almost 12 now, and nobody has showed up or called.

They are superior. They are better than any other service provider we have had. We have used them for 3 or 4 years.

I have been using them for 5 or 6 years. They come out four times a year and they do a good job. I will continue to use Rove Pest Control.

The workers and employees are very courteous. They are do the job very quickly and do not spend a lot of time at the house. I have only used one company for this so I it is difficult for me to compare. The chemicals they use seem to be ok but not great. The price seems competitive and we sometimes worry that we are not actually getting what we are paying for.

They are good people. They ask if you have any problems and come back any time during the quarter if you have any, for no charge. They always contact me in advance and let me know when they are going to come. If I need them during a certain time they will arrange that. They know their business and they work with you. They stand behind what they do. They are very responsive to any questions you have.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use them again.

The guy who came and sprayed didn't do it like it was his own house, which is what I expect from a customer service standpoint. He seemed relatively inexperienced. They will work with you on the price if you need to. I will probably do it myself next time.

Rove Pest Control, comes out every month.
They spray for bus outside my house.
I have been using them for 3 years or so.
I am not terribly impressed with their service.
They need to have more communication with their workers.
They have some good technicians, but there was one I had 2 request not to come out again.

The service person was prompt and courteous. He was thorough on explaining what the service was and the commitment. I had another providor for over 10 years but Rove did the most thorough inspection and application I have every had done. He got all my wasp nests, sprayed for ticks in the yard. Just an absolute complete application.
