Nightmare company. First they tricked me into signing contract just for asking for a breakdown of charges, then I couldn't withdraw the contract. Workers broke into my 6 foot locked privacy fence each day to do work without my permission. I fired the company 2 times & they kept doing more work. Work looks awful & price was outrageous. Company broke law by not having proper permits for work & only got 1 permit after I asked. Then refused to do permit inspection to check if work was done properly, which I know it wasn't. They padded the bill to overcharge for as much as they could. Material are cheap. Nails were left all over the place even after asking 2 times to pick up the nails, I will add photo of just a few of tons of nails I have found and sharp metal pieces & my dog & I stepped on the nails. I am still finding nails 6 months later, that could easily go all the way through your foot. Payments were made even after insurance company telling me not to pay them anymore because they kept harassing me for money. Lots of stuff was broken inside & outside of home & never deducted from bill. Nor was I given the $500 discount they promised for advertising a sign in my yard for 6 months. Company put a lien on my house & are now trying to sell my house & foreclose on my house since no more money has been paid due to poor quality work & unfinished work. Workers didn't speak English so was very hard to communicate with them. They erased my feedback on facebook then called me a bully. I wrote the Better Business & they lied to get the case closed. I have put in a complaint with the Attorney General about this company. I have also had to hire a lawyer now. I do not recommend this company unless you want a lot of unfinished, poor quality work & to be called names & lied to plus have a lien on your house & have your house taken away for not wanting to pay scammers. Awful .....Do Not Trust. Find a different company.
