"Hi [member name removed], I'm glad you posted this review, and saddend that you were not happy with our printing services. We did have a problem with our printer, and it was turning out grainy pictures that lacked good color too. However it wasn't doing that in July it was earlier in the year. I do hope that we can be trusted to serve you in any future encounters. If you would like us to remake any of those images (no charge) we would be willing to try and make them better."
