They were very responsive and had a plan and quote to us for our project in a week. Their price was very competitive. We picked our plants and stone, and they had it installed a couple of weeks. The team that installed showed up first thing and didn't leave until it was done and we were happy. They were very friendly and worked hard all day.

They are very customer service oriented and do a good job

I emailed them initialy asking for estimate, usign one of the e-mailes provided on their webpage. They ask for phone # and said somebody will schedule an appointment with me to discuss my project. Nobody ever contacted me since end of May, end of story.

Went well. Owner was pleasant and thorough. Got us right in.
Minor things not carried out as he had instructed crew to do.
We're hard to please - and will hire again.

Robert's Landscaping was very professional through the entire process. They arrived on time for everything from the estimate through the end of the project. The owner came out to go over the plans prior to the start of the work. He made some great suggestions. He really listened to every concern we had: we wanted to plant something that could be easily maintained, we needed some larger plants that would offer privacy from our neighbors, we may be selling our house soon, so we didn't want to go overboard. He offered very knowledgable suggestions for each issue. The crew showed up on time. I was surprised because the temperature got to 102 that day. They actually completed all of the work ahead of time. The owner the next day to ask if I was happy with the project. He will be coming out Monday to make a final check. Overall, they were great. I would highly recommend them.

My backyard had sloped and we had torn out the building. The foundation had come out and there was a hole there. We had told them that we wanted it grated. We had asked them to build a flagstone walkway, but they hadn’t done anything that they said they were going to. I had to call them back three separate times. They had to pull the sod up and have more dirt. They ended up laying the sod in the dark and there were three-inch gaps between the sod. It was terrible. They finally just laid the flagstones on top of the sod, and I had to call them back multiple times. They had finally fixed it, but I had to fix some low spots in it because water would collect in the walkway. I just gave up on them ultimately. The people were actually nice, but the work they did was terrible.

We have used them for several years and that's only because of their good quality of work and their professional quality of people they send out. They were really nice, polite and are very easy to talk too. They do a good job of answering my questions. They were really cheap in price and did good work. We were satisfied with the results we are seeing.

This crew did a great job on our lawn. They were always very polite and respectful. They would sometimes come out even if we were not here. They were very hardworking and dedicated to their work. We were pleased with having them doing our lawn work.

Roberts Lawn Care has been doing a great job caring for our yard. We don't have any complaints with the company. We don't have to call to make an appointment, as we have a set schedule for when they are suppose to come out.
