Excellent from first call to inspection, price quote and installation. A local, family run business concerned about excellence and customer satisfaction, I will definitely call them again.

Very friendly not only on the phone but in person.  I had a broken mirror in a cabinet door and they took the door apart, replaced the glass, drilled a hole in the glass, and reassembled the door.  They had it all done in 2 days as promised and the price was beyond fair. Will use again!

Very fast service. The first piece was slightly too large, and they cut a new piece for me at no cost and had it ready first thing the next morning. Everyone was very nice and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again!

I went to the showroom to select cabinet glass to install in some kitchen cabinets. They have a lot of samples with prices clearly marked. Becky was very helpful and provided me with a quote. I called later to order the glass and was told it would be ready in 3-5 days. I got a call barely 3 days later and went and picked it up. I decided to install the glass on my own, but they can do it for you for a small fee. They can do just about any replacement glass you could need and are very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

They saved me thousands of dollars. They went above and beyond. They gave me a higher grade replacement window. I wasn't satisfied at first, so they came back and upgraded it for free. I was extremely satisfied with their service and how they treat their customers.

I was extremely pleased that I found someone to replace the glass in our broken window. I had called a few other places that said we would have to replace the whole double casement for over $1000, so after River City Glass came out and measured and Becky called me with an estimate for under $200, I was thrilled. Ryan showed up early when I was still on my way home from another appointment, but luckily my husband was home to let him in. He was very professional and quick, which was important because it was around 90 degrees outside. He showed me the old window and the probably cause of the cracking and made certain I knew that the new window was guaranteed. They also gave me a 15% discount for mentioning Angie's List.

The crew's workmanship and professionalism of replacing the window was "second to none." I experienced only a small problem with questionable glass clean-up. 1. Glass from old window unit spilled/left on driveway. (Minimal amount.) 2. Glass from old window unit breaking and "landing" in a garden with mulch. The crew tried to clean this up, but, there was simply no good way to do this, and the glass was left. Aside from these minor issues, I would hire the firm again in a heartbeat!

Everyone was professional. They kept their committment. I had to remember where the windows went as they did not write that down. I thought it would take hours to do but they were done in under two hours. I would use them again.
