They did a good job. We had a concrete threshold and there was no step. He did a good job in replacing the threshold and then he put a step so people wouldn't have to climb up so high. He replaced the concrete in front of that and it really turned out well. The only thing is I should have had the step extend a little bit further in the concrete part of the sidewalk. That's not really his fault, I think what the customer has to do is they have to know what they want when they give instructions to the contractor. The concrete work that he did was very good. We don't have a falling threshold in front of the house anymore. The price was reasonable because I had check with two other concrete companies. He does good work at reasonable prices.

I called him and he supposedly took down my information to give me an estimate. I never heard from him again. He seemed to be turned off by the fact that I was a residential project. Too bad he lost possibly $14k in the process. Most Omaha concrete companies only want large commercial jobs. Seek out Bellevue, La Vista, and Ralston for the smaller companies that do residential work.

I first contacted the contractor in the latter part of September and he said he could start the job in the early part of October. The contractor recontacted me in early October and the job got started in the second week of October and was finished, due to adverse weather conditions, in the third week of October. I considered this to be very timely, especially since the contractor was working on other projects and it was late in the year for me to be contacting a contractor to do concrete work. Even though, I was not quite sure of how I wanted the new stoop and step to the front entrance of my home to be structured, due to the contactor's extensive experience in his trade he was able to advise me as to how the stoop and step could be properly structured and the finished stoop, step and sidewalk section came out quite well.

Professional company that I can only describe as craftsmen. Very knowledgeable about brick and stone work. Completed the project promptly w/ high quality work. I will hire again.

The owner is Roger Morford. I would use them again.
