At the time, I was given the impression that the repair would last and was done professionally. A year later, my insurance company and a third-party roofer agree that the roof repair was done poorly and I need a complete roof replacement. I would expect a professional roofer to give an estimate of what should be done, not do the job inadequately.

They are a good roofing company that proved to me they were more than capable of handling my business. We have not had any problems with the roof leaking or with any shingles blowing off. We have not had to call them back out, but there has not been any reason to. We were happy with the ending results. The cleanup went well also.
