Highly reccomend. On top of a thorough home inspection and with us being new to the area he gave us more insight on whats arround. He was super friendly and professional. Again highly reccomend.

this report did not address the damage driveway, foundation cracks starting at garage that went in a line across the floor to basement from one end to the other. damage both outside and inside of property / home structure. possible mold. water damage, old shingles allowing water to enter house from top and drain down causing damage and causing mold.

Inspector was on time and did a very comprehensive inspection. He was knowledgeable and explained things in a way anyone would understand. All in all would highly recommend.

I am buying a home that is almost 100 years old, which comes with its fair share of problems. Todd provided an incredible thorough walk through of the home and showed me all of the problems/concerns all while maintaining a cheery and lighthearted disposition. He gave me advice on repairs and recommendations on companies to hire, as well as money saving tips. He also let me know what things need to be addressed right away and what things could be left for later. All in all I couldn't recommend him more.

Todd is very thorough and professional in the process of conducting his inspections. Todd inspected our home for the purchaser of our home and after observing how he conducted the inspection and interacted with both the purchaser and seller, we hired him to inspect the home we purchased. Todd explains what he is looking for and advises corrective actions when he indicates a discrepancy. Very professional, honest and interactive.

Todd was excellent. He was thorough and walked me through each room. He showed me the water shut off and the main breaker system. He reminded me of seasonal items I will need to remember. We received his report with in an hour. I have moved a lot and he has been our best inspector by far!

He got here late. walked me thru some stuff but did not look at everything. We hired him to find all the problems with the house so that they could be dealt with. His report said he used binoculars to look at the roof and chimney. He NEVER took one out, I was with him the whole time. He also pointed out that our basement needed more beams and support but did not put that in his report. There were a few other discrepancies besides that one, but that was a big one. We needed this report as first time home buyers to figure out where to spend our money next. He did a half ass job of it. We did not even get the report for 2 days after he was here. He was supposed to return that day between 10-12 to pick up the radon detector. He showed up about 12:30, reeking of booze. His radon report came the day after but could not be opened as his settings were set so it could not be opened. Very displeased and unhappy. Would not recommend anyone using this company.
