REGENCY HOMES

We have had water damage to our home since it was built, cold air coming in from outside, and actual ice forming on the interior walls of our new home.  It was explained to us that these 'drafts' are normal, and that all new houses are built this way.  Amazing. 

The water kept coming in- for 4 years, until I isolated the problem myself.  When I showed the builder where it was coming in, they cut a bunch of holes in the drywall to find out exactly where the problem was- they finally found it, but refused to replace the water-soaked insulation inside the walls.  Ridiculous!

I've built 5 new homes with builders in the Omaha area over the last 20 years, and I have never had a problem that wasn't corrected by the builder after the sale- Until now.  After 5 years of dealing with Regency Homes, I can honestly say that they have provided me with the worst customer service I've ever seen- and I shop at Wal-Mart!  I absolutely would discourage anyone from considering Regency Homes to build your next house.

There were just a few minor things wrong with my house but they came right out and fixed them. We were able to move in on time and it is a very well built home. We are very pleased with it and the building process went very smooth. I would highly recommend this builder.
