Raymond was very cordial and helped educate us on our system as he worked on it. He got our system up and running quickly with great transparency and very reasonable cost. We taped his card to the furnace as he is now officially our go to guy for all things HVAC!

Ray was punctual and very professional. He will definitely be back this Spring to perform routine maintenance.

Ray was very professional and honest regarding my AC system. I had another vendor pushing to replace the unit due to "possible" failure. Ray confirmed there were no "immediate needs" to replace the unit at this time. He could have easily gotten greedy and pushed to replace the unit as well but was honest and ultimately helped keep our money in our pockets (for now). Greatly appreciated and will use Ray for AC/Heating services moving forward.

Ray was great ! He showed up at the exact time he said he would be there. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. The service charge was the lowest I found in all of Omaha. If I ever need furnace or A/C repair again, Ray's will be the first company I call !
