They came maybe three times & then stopped showing up! The first time they didn't show, the owner called - the day after - and said they'd be out the next day but they never showed & kind of dropped of the radar! When they were here, they did a good job & were generally professional - except for the last cleaning when they brought a kid with them, which was strange. I was at work but my adult daughter was home & let me know what was going on.

I use to pay them $295 bi-weekly, which included vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. I actually stopped using them because I felt that based on the price, I was not getting the quality I expected. They started off very professional and did a good job; but some weeks they used to do a good job and some weeks, they wouldn't. We had several visits where the floor didn't even look like it had been swept. I just thought I would do it myself.
