It went very well. Lance showed up right on time. Went to work right a way. Cleaned up the area around the fireplace. Also noted that the caps around the chimney were cracked and mentioned that it would be a good idea to have the sealed. He is going to get back to me with photos from the top of the caps to show the cracks.
