"We appreciate your feed back and thank you for taking the time to rate us. We strive to make each repair a "one time" repair. At times, that can effect the final price. However, we feel that taking the extra step weather it be in and additional part or labor when working in a critical area of the vehicle, it assures our repairs are done right the first time and to the best of our ability. In the long run, we feel it's well worth it to our customers and the good longevity of their vehicle. We also back our repairs with a 24 month and or 24,000 mile warranty. The largest part of repair facilities only extend a standard 12/12 warranty."

We take our vehicles in regularly to Rand G. Chad and Rob do an excellent job explaining every situation we have ever incurred with our vehicles. Our family has become loyal customers to their shop and would highly recommend their service. A few years ago our vehicle was making a funny noise and we took it into them. They let us know our catalytic converter was bad, but our vehicle was still under warranty and we should take it back to the dealer for them to fix. So we did, and the dealer couldn't figure out what was going on and claimed our catalytic converter was fine and attempted to "fix" another part of the vehicle that wasn't under warranty. We took it back to Rand G with the dealer's claim. Rob picked up the phone and called the dealer for us to let them know we were bringing it back out and explained to the dealer what to look and listen for. When we arrived back at the dealer, they were now able to find the problem and installed a new catalytic converter.
They have also prioritized the maintenance on our vehicles. One of our vehicles has 167,000 miles on it. They have let us know what we should fix on it and what can wait until next time. I do not feel as though they are trying to "upsell" me everytime I go in. They are open, honest and direct with the problems and solutions. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone for any vehicular needs.
