Quality First Roofing

We were victims of the baseball-sized hail storm here. Everybody had a lot of customers, and many people are being turned away. We decided to go with a highly rated roofer on Angie’s List, but he was swamped. So, he highly recommended this guy who is not on Angie’s List. My husband and I thought that his advice would be good since he has a high rating on Angie’s List, but it was not. Our experience was not really good. The communication was extremely poor, and the quality of the work was questionable. There are things that are still wrong which they said are guaranteed, but they have not come back over to look at it. Overall, it looks great better than it was, but when you look closely at different things you can see all kinds of mistakes and errors. When we contacted them the first time, we told them that they were recommended by someone else. We talked to this guy who told us that he was the owner of the company, and that he was trying to get business and make a name for himself. He was just a really good salesman. That misled us. Then, we found out that certain things were not done. We asked when will they come back and do it. He said that they will be here. Weeks after, we tried to get hold of him and talked to another guy who told us that he left the company, and that he was not the owner of the company.
