We had a plugged drain during a dinner party which resulted in some large scale flooding thru our 1/2 bath toilet - no sewage, just water running from the kitchen sink. The majority of the water ran thru a floor vent and into the basement.
We managed to figure out the issue and stop the flooding. Kip at ProPlumb was called to help with the problem, we diagnosed the issue over the phone to allow us to continue using other facilities in the house. At our convenience, the plug in the system was cleaned out along with the complete drainage system. The toilet had moved during the excitement, dislodging the wax ring, which was repaired along with removing the wet drywall in the basement.
We only seem to need a plumber during an emergency and ProPlumb has always responded in a timely and professional manner.
