I requested service through the Better Business Bureau and the business owner, Terry, emailed me within one business day.  Terry asked for my phone number so we could schedule the appointment over the phone.  There were a couple days of phone tag, but speaking with Terry was a very pleasant experience... he's a down-to-earth, very nice guy.  He asked me if the furniture had been cleaned before and what color each piece was.
Kevin and Scott were the techs.  Kevin was just as nice as Terry, as well as outgoing and professional with a positive attitude. Kevin and Scott took their time, which I really liked because that's how I clean my house.  I don't like when any contractor rushes through something to get to their next job.
When they were putting the equipment back in the truck, I came out to the living room and realized the living room (though only 12 X 15) carpet had been cleaned as well. This was after I wrote the check... in other words, no charge!   Kevin explained that he felt they were dragging in as much as they were taking out (it was damp outside with leaves on the ground).  I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed.  Kevin also mentioned the disinfectant they sprayed on the pieces (citrus scent) and told me the furniture would be dry in a couple of hours.
Very happy with the cleaning and the entire experience!

Kevin and Rick were on time for the appointment and cleaned all the floors and furniture listed above. They described everything needed to be sure the job was done correctly. This included extra costs due to the sanitizing and deodorizing. They were very accommodating to include the cleaning of the couch and loveseat as I did not include that at the time that I set up the appointment. and the job only took about an hour to complete. The carpets look and smell great.

Very professional and nice, quick to explain what he did, left the furniture as before. Great job.

Everything went well. We followed their instructions of moving items and vacuuming before they arrived to complete the service. Kevin was very friendly and professional. They arrived as scheduled and completed the entire home within an hour. Our carpets have never looked better.

The carpet hasn't been this clean since we moved in 4 years ago.  They got out stains that I couldn't get out myself.  The carpet looks new again and is very soft to walk on.  The only downfall was that it took a lot longer to dry than they said it would. But I could live with that in exchange for how good a job they did....Thank you

Run...do not walk away from this provider. The results were hideous, carpets were not soft and clean, they were hard, dry and crunchy with the traffic areas and small stains unchanged. The cleaner who performed the work became very unpleasant and actually chastised me for trying to spot clean pet stains "then calling him and expecting him to get them clean!". Became even more rude when he said couldn't guaranty they would come clean but if I paid him extra per room that he could get them clean.....really?? I told him I wasn't going to pay "extra", that I was already paying him to CLEAN our carpets, 3 rooms instead of the 5 I paid for. He finished the work, leaving a puddle of water on our wood floor at the bottom of the stairs, left a green stain from his hose imbedded in the carpet at the top of the stairs and for a finishing touch broke 2 of my sidewalk landscaping lights with his hoses.

Very nice job. We had just had our kitchen wood painted and asked the cleaners to be extra careful. They did so, but after the floor dried I noticed that the area near the bottom of the cabinets was not as clean as the rest of the floor. I called them and the next day the cleaners came back and redid those areas by hand. The results were wonderful. The floor hasn't looked that great since it was installed many years ago.
I have recommend them to a couple people already and would definitely have them back again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys!  Kevin and his assistant let me know when they were coming and arrived on time.  Super professional and knowledgeable about their jobs.  All 4 rooms look like brand new carpet, I couldn't believe my eyes!  It smells wonderful in the house and they even got up stains from a couple of years ago.  I was just speechless.  They were fast and thorough.  I will definitely recommend this company to people and will use them again in a heartbeat.  What a great experience!!
