Kevin and Scott were the techs. Kevin was just as nice as Terry, as well as outgoing and professional with a positive attitude. Kevin and Scott took their time, which I really liked because that's how I clean my house. I don't like when any contractor rushes through something to get to their next job.
When they were putting the equipment back in the truck, I came out to the living room and realized the living room (though only 12 X 15) carpet had been cleaned as well. This was after I wrote the check... in other words, no charge! Kevin explained that he felt they were dragging in as much as they were taking out (it was damp outside with leaves on the ground). I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Kevin also mentioned the disinfectant they sprayed on the pieces (citrus scent) and told me the furniture would be dry in a couple of hours.
Very happy with the cleaning and the entire experience!
