Not timely. Poor quality.  Left a mess. Did not correct poor quality at the request of customer.

Very prompt and courteous for the initial bid process.  Communication almost non-existent once they were hired to coordinate dates when the job was going to be performed.  Once they did come out to power wash, they finished and left an absolute mess which I cleaned up later.  When I brought this to the attention of the owner/supervisor, he said he did not have the opportunity to 'verify' the extent to the mess so as to question my intergrity. 
Approximately two weeks later (unacceptable), they came to stain a few boards in their mind to prove the quality of their work.  In my mind, I believed their offer to stain a few boards was to verify the application of the product on the wood and also to approve the final color of the stain.  We asked to change the color and were given the explanation that this was not the intent of the offer to stain just a few boards.  Using my simple common-sense mind, why else would they offer to stain just a few boards?  They be-grudgingly agreed to change the color but with the caveat of how they were out approximately $100 for the price of the old stain; cost of doing business in my opinion. 
Once they arrived to apply the final stain coats, their disposition was less than stellar, perhaps thinking I was a 'problem customer'.  When they completed, I asked if they were going to come back in a few days to apply the final coat, they said this was all I was getting.  I came back with: "your bid says minimum two coats!"  He came back with: "there is no pleasing you."  We finally agreed they would come back and apply the second coat to the horizontal surfaces and perform touch-up as required.  They did come out and applied the second coat to the horizontal surfaces but did not touch up.
Lots of consternation ensued concerning what I believed final pmt should be, being they did not complete the work.  We did not agree on final pmt amount; whereas I threatened to not pay and they threatened a contractors lien.  I finally agreed to pay the bid price to get this nightmare behind me.
Bottomline: absolutely hire at your own risk!  Initially they may seem prompt and professional, but nothing can be further from the truth once they 'got you'.

It took a total of 3 visits from crew members to complete the job. When the company representative, Justen, came to the house, he was courteous and seemed to agree that the repairs we pointed out that were not finished should have been. Unfortunately, we had to have someone come out twice more after the initial visit to take care of all the exposed nails and replace all nails on spindles. The only small disappointment is that a section of spindles still have staples along the top, yet the staples at the bottom were replaced with screws. The first visit to repair, power-wash, and stain our 10 x 14 deck lasted only 90 minutes to 2 hours. The other 2 visits lasted 15 30 minutes total at most. If the work completed in 3 visits had been completed in one, we would have been satisfied.
