Priority Pest Control

They put a dehumidifier in and they put a plastic round cover stuff in and they treated all the woods for mole. Well the dehumidifier they put in when they put it in  the put in way underneath the house I have a slit basement so I have half a basement you can stand up in and see underneath the house the other house where the crawl space is where the air conditioning unit and dehumidifier is you kind of have to step up and get under the house, then they put the dehumidifier back behind the air conditioner where you cant get to it without crawling down to the crawl space and I thought when they put it in and he said oh as long as the power is on it will be working and if the power is not on you couldn't anything to it anyway you don't really have to get to it and so I bought that like an idiot and sometimes over the weather  I am sure we have had three power failure over the winter my whole house generator and it went back on I notice the dehumidifier wasn't working in the winter that we recently have had massive heat wave  that was tremendous heat and I went down into my basement again and I stuck my head under the house and I couldn't hear humidifier running but I couldn't tell was are not cause wasn't crawl under the house I couldn't even if I wanted to

I had a lot of questions and he didn't seem very interested in answering them. I'm new to Midwest and its bugs, I wish he was a little more interested in walking me through the process and a little less interested in spraying chemicals.

The service was real good. I like that they knew their chemicals and they didn't try a whole bunch of stuff that they didn't think I needed or wanted. Because certain areas have different insect problems, once they found out what our needs were, they kind of geared to that. They didn't really try to oversell or come in more times than they needed so it was pretty good. They tried to drum up their business regularly but after I turned them down, they left me alone. The price was good. I would use them again.

After finding water bugs in the basement, I called several companies to get estimates and to find out how soon the company could get here. Priority was half of the price of the first company I called, and they could come the next day. The owner showed up, was polite and friendly, and explained what he was doing and how it worked. I always appreciate people explaining things to me in and quot;laymen's termsand quot;. Josh explained why granular was better application outside than the spray. (I have a lot of gardens) He suggested the contract, and explained why it would be beneficial.

Overall, I was impressed, I would use them again.

It went pretty well overall. I was disappointed when they told me that they would have to come back and retreat it for the moles, I felt that they should've known what they were doing the first time. I was also a little bit disappointed that I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to come out.

They always showed up the same time every month and we never have had a problem with them or the work they have done. We have been with them for years now and they seemed to know what they were doing because we have never had a problem since they have started spraying for us.
