Bid was $300 cheaper than another bid I had. I had one minor complaint and Justin personally came out and had the problem corrected right away. They worked fast and completed the whole project in less time than anticipated. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

We hired Prestige Construction to redo our deck in March. Justin was great to work with, he was very professional and informative on what he was going to do and explained the whole procedure. He provided us with a drawing of what the finish product would look like as well as a time line of how long it would take. We had 3 contractors price the deck and Prestige was lower than the other 2. When they had finished Justin was able to send us a bill under the original estimate as well. The work was completed a day earlier than we anticipated also. I strongly encourage you to look into Prestige Construction, Justin and his guys are top of the line. Very friendly, respectful, and do excellent work. We are going to work with Justin again on our next project of building a 26x40 garage on our property as well as doing a kitchen and bathroom remodel!!!

Horrible!!! From the very beginning, we noticed uneven tile cuts, uneven grout joints, sloppy grout application. I had to leave sticky notes constantly pointing out uneven tile. They used an epoxy grout but didn't apply it correctly. It cured all over the brand new tile and resulted in a haze on the tile. It honestly looked like my husband and I had done this ourselves, in a short weekend. But quite honestly, I think we would have even done a better job. Come to find out, there were more than just cosmetic problems with this job. The walls were uneven, and the shower did not drain due to uneven sloping towards the drain. We had the bathroom inspected and found that the shower did not have a liner and did not have a water tight seal. There was actually moisture under the shower floor at the time of the inspection. We had three other professionals in the field come and look at the finished job and they all said the only way to correct the problems would be to demo the entire bathroom again. Too many problems to list. At this point, we had only paid half of his bid. Total bid around $8000.. we had paid $4000. When we approached Justin (the owner) with these problems, he stated that the job was fine and wanted us to finish paying him for the job. After Justin refused to settle, we had to take him to small claims. We had pictures, reports, and a witness that spoke to the quality of this bathroom remodel. It was a no brainer to the judge and we won. We ended up getting our money back, and found a wonderful contractor to do our bathroom for half of what it would have cost us the first time. Bottom line is, I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we did. Prestige is overpriced and way under qualified! Make sure you do your homework. We learned our lesson the hard way. Go on references and make sure you look at other jobs they have done.
