Description of Work: We had another hail storm go thru and they came over to make sure everything was ok and there was no further damage.

 + -1 moreThe work required was extensive and Preferred was able to handle all of it. This allowed us to have a single point of contact when we had questions or if any issues arose. Preferred worked with our insurance company to increase their payment when they underestimated the cost of several items and, when they missed damage to our garage door, he got them to pay for a new one. They even performed several minor upgrades, such as replacing the box vents on our roof with a ridge vent, at no additional cost. The work that was performed was very high quality and they worked within our timeline. They communicated very well with us as far as what work would be done and when and were always very responsive whenever we had questions. We could not be more pleased with this company and will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Preferred Residential was the general contractor for repairs to our home due to damage from the hail including a new roof, new sliding, gutters and garage door.

 + -1 moreThere was a lot of lag time between getting one thing done and another one started but some of that was my fault as I was not available and some was because it was all different people doing the work. Roofers, siding people, glass people, etc. But I was very happy with everyone he sent and he was always here to check on them. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: We had hail damage in May of 2016. I called Jim and he was the general contractor for many things that needed repair after the storm. New roof, new siding, windows, screens, deck repair, trim, etc.
