Precision Construction & Roofing

I met with the owner Eric Hunter 11/22/2011, to discuss the services this could provide me regarding a roofing problem I had with the replacement of my roof and dealing with my Ins. co.. He promised he would absolutely help with with the roof and with the hiring of a public adjuster to arbitrate my claim with my insurance provider American Family Ins. He told me not to worry he was very experienced in this area and I was at the top of his list of priorities due to the fact I had a tarp over my whole roof to prevent further leakage to the interior of my home. He said they hired a public adjuster out of Texas. to arbitrate this matter with me and my insurance company who was refusing to replace my roof. On Dec. 26th I called this adjuster in Texas after finally getting his phone # from an employee named Lance who Mr. hunter had assigned my file to. After he sent a form to my ins. co. I found out he wasn't even licensed to practice in Nebraska.I lost another whole month of trying to find someone to help me. This had been going on since September and time was elemental. I called Eric Hunter, and emailed him to find out what they were going to do about this, but he never would return my calls or emails.. He assigned this employee named Lance, who lied to me. He told me he already had an airline ticket for the puclic adjuster in Texas to come out here. After finally getting the telephone # from this Lance guy. I called this adjuster myself who confirmed he was had not been bought an airline ticket by Precision Roofin and would not need one because he had his own airplane, that he'd use if he came out. I had given Mr. Hunter all my pertinent paperwork and the claims sheet from American Fasmily Ins. when I met with him in Nov. I asked for it back, but he refuses to comunicate with me. He won't ans. his phone or return email or phone msgs. to me. I even sent him a letter asking for it back, but I still haven't heard from them. I also asked his employee Lance to return it. but still...no paperwork has been returned to me. If you're looking for professionalism, cooperation, courtesy, honesty and integrity, I would stay from this terrible company. They talk a good talk, but unfortunately...that's where it begins and also ends.
