They were very professional. I had a rental car from enterprise and I didn't know that if I would have drove my rental car to pick up my vehicle, they would have returned the rental car for me. They have excellent customer service. They sent a courtesy driver to pick me up and pick my car up. I think they are somewhat pricey but it's quality work. They called and gave me updates about my vehicle because it took them a while to get it all together.

I'm really writing on behalf of my mother. She is a widow and in her 80s. She was married to my father for 64 years and he was the one who always took of the care of the car. Since his passing 4 years ago she has worked directly with Plaza Buick and they have treated her amazingly! They are so kind, always keep her car running beautifully, explain things over the phone to her when she has questions, provide free transport to and from their service center when she has her car in and just generally provide outstanding service! She recently had her car in for service and concurrently had outpatient surgery. The Plaza Buick folks took care of the car and then delivered it back to her apartment for her and parked it in her garage. These people are just great! She highly recommends them as do I.

After the 3rd time takng my car in, it was determined my car needed a new engine. I was only 60 miles over the extended warranty and Gary went above and beyond to try to get the warranty to cover it. Unfortunately they could not but they did give me a 2500.00 discount on a 5000.00 engine. They got it in over a couple of days and my car hasnt had any problems since. I often get my oil changed here too and while it takes a little longer they have a great sitting room with a couch , tv, and complementary refreshments. They also give the best free car washes.

My experience was great. They actually have courtesy transportation so they can take me to work if they are working on my car. They check for any recalls that I have on my car and informed them. I didn't have to wait for the order actually; they did the recall information and fixed it even before I got the order in the mail.

The did an excellent job on both things. This is more of a basic service and they do it quickly and accurately. I would recommend them to other people and the price is always reasonable.

I was hit by someone going thirty five miles per hour, so the Envoy sustained substantial damage. Plaza had done body work for us in the past so we returned after this accident. The work took two and a half weeks (which was not that long considering the amount of work that was needed). They did such a good job it is impossible to tell anything had happened; especially with the paint match.
