They were courteous, responsive and did a magnificent job. They were respectful as well as doing a thorough job. We never knew our air ducts could be that dirty and full of filth. We were satisfied with their work and have used them before.

Pinky's Carpet Cleaning did a very good job with cleaning our bedrooms and living room carpets. A total of seven rooms. The gentleman was very nice and professional, but not overly friendly. The only thing we noticed they did was took some paint off the wall in one spot with the machine, and gouged the trim in one room. Otherwise they did a good job cleaning, since it's all old carpet, it looks much better especially since we just put the house on the market to sell.
