PICCOLOS HEATING & COOLING

.Once we decided on the brand of HVAC we wanted, the rest was easy.  We called Mike and he was very helpful.  He took time to answer our questions.  He was willing to work with us on the price.  The removal and install process was painless.  It took a day to complete.

I called them on Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. and Mike was at our house giving me the rundown by 11 a.m.  It was to be very hot that day.  They installed a loaner A/C to get us through the next few days and the new system could be installed.

The service provider was punctual, took care of the air conditioner and answered several questions I had.

Dave quickly identified what the problem was and knew just what to do very quickly and efficiently. It was a wonderful experience. He even referred us other providers for air duct cleaning

It went very well.  We had a couple of companies out to give us bids, and we chose Piccolos.  Mike was very complete in his review of our current units, and making recommendations of what we needed for our future needs.  We have had the units he installed for a little over 6 months now, and we have had no problems.  Very professional.

I recommend them. They are coming next week to do air conditioning check. They are knowledgeable and professional. They are very good in diagnosing problem and actually solving them. Their prices are good.

Very good professional. Gave complete explanations. Courteous and through. The weather was to nice at this point to run the air so they said they would call us to schedule a visit when the unit was running. They did not follow thru with that. Otherwise they did a good job and the unit has surpassed our expectations for cooling.

It went very well. So far, it has been quite satisfactory.

We were very happy to find a company like this that works on a yearly service contract. They will come out periodically to check the furnace, clean it out if necessary and replace any basic parts that are necessary to have replaced. They will charge extra for any major parts but this hasn t happened as of yet. Overall, they are a very reliable and professional company to use.

These people were awesome. They called before they came out and they showed up minutes after, which was even before their scheduled appointment. There was a lot to be done with ventilation and it only took them a half of a day to complete their work. They were great and everything works great.

The repairman they sent out was very knowledgeable. He was able to figure out we only needed to replace a coil and not the entire unit. He got the repair done right away and didn t try to over sell anything at all.
