They applied various poisons and by the next day there was no movement from moles, still waiting to make sure they have all gone to mole heaven!

Job done to my satisfaction by Al as always.  Today's service just happened so I would like to review their service in general.  These folks do a great job.  I have even recommended them to friends, one of whom has also used them and is pleased with them.  They call and show up at my home about every 2 or 3 months and are in and out within an hour.  In the past I had continuous problems with box elder bugs (stink bugs) and also with the little biting Japanese beetles.  SO far this year I haven't seen any of either kind since Al's early spring visit.  I highly recommend this company.

Signed up for a year contract last year.  First round of service was great.  After that our person quit and now difficult to get a hold of them.  When we do call they tell us not sure when they can come out and to call back.  After 3 weeks of calling finally have another appointment.  Of course, they are saying they treated whole house last visit when they did not.  Very disappointed and will not be renewing contract.

I feel as though I get a great value for their services, and they are very professional.

It went super with the technician who did the work.  Only OK with the sales guy.  They are all alike.  All sales guys with all companies will do whatever they can to upsell you.  The Pest Solutions 365 guy did exactly that.  The bugs were really termite swarmers and, despite my statement that this was a new addition and there had never been any problem of any kind with termites anywhere in the house, he went off into upsell mode and was recommending a complete house coverage for termites at a cost of over $2,000.  We talked and he never came down off of that.  We aso discussed other problems with Box Elders and the little Japanese beetles and I signed a contract with Pest Solutions 365 to have the exterior sprayed once every two molnths to control them, ants, and any other kind of crawling bugs.  The Pest Solutions 365 technician then sprayed all around the inside and outside of the house as an initial visit to keep down the insect traffic.  That guy did a terrific job.  And Pest Solutions 365 has made subsequent visits and continued to do a great job of minimizing the insect population.  Basically they eliminated all problems through this spring, summer, and fall.

And the sales guy scheduled a visit from a sister company - TNT Termite - to treat the termite infestation.
