Carpet looks great and dried quickly. Owner very interested in follow up and feedback. Only criticism - technician smelled of cigarette smoke when he arrived.

Advanced Floor Care and Restoration wasn't cheap but they did a really good job. They were very punctual, informative, answered all our questions, and everything looked great.

I usually have my carpet cleaned twice every year, the last time less than 6 months ago. The carpet is a little over 10 years old, and it was looking pretty shabby. I also have an older cat that has had several accidents. I do not wish to replace the carpet at this time, and a friend of mine, who has similar circumstances, used Advanced Floor Care and recommended them. Brook, who is the owner, came with his crew, and checked the carpets with me. We discussed very thoroughly what they would do, and the pricing for each service. It was not routine carpet cleaning, so it was more expensive than routine carpet cleaning, and well worth it. They spent the whole day cleaning the carpets on both levels of my home, and the tile in the foyer and kitchen, and did a great job.
Now for the second story. Within one week of the cleaning, the toilet in the master bathroom overflowed onto the carpet in the bedroom. I called Brook, and he came immediately and did what was necessary to do damage control. Over a three day process, everything was dry and back to normal.
I would highly recommend Advanced Floor Care.
