Just as another customer said, the fence was built onsite and is of good quality however the cross section boards are not lined up along the fence line, there are varying widths between the upright boards and the arches are at different angles, it looks strange. The upright boards on one section were 2-3 inches shorter than the rest of the fence; John did come back and replace those 4-5 boards.
Right after the fence was installed my neighbor called to tell me that the upright boards were not nailed at the bottom on their side and I've called and emailed John but has not responded or fixed the issue.
I paid to have the old plastic fence removed, but instead of digging the posts out, he cut them off at just above the ground level. They are white and stick out like an eye sore, not sure what to do with them, I've tried to fill them with dirt, but they are 1-2 inches above the ground so it looks really bad.
One section of the fence is at the low end of our property and is actually leaning into the neighbor?s yard. After many attempts to get John to come back to fix it, he and a landscaping friend looked at it and stated that is was a water drainage issued and that nothing was wrong with the fence post.
In the prior 4 years (2010-2013) the area had been moist, but since John worked here it has been much wetter and even ?soggy?. The old plastic fence posts never leaned so not sure what happened but just hope the whole thing doesn't fall over.
The landscaping friend gave me a bid to ?fix? my drainage for another $3000, money that we do not have. I really feel that I?ve been taken advantage of by Perimeter Fence; I paid over $4000 and have had very poor customer service and a terrible produce. I would NOT recommend using this company.

John was very professional. He answered emails and calls promptly. We were assured that what we wanted could be done. In the scheme of things, our project was small but it wasn't treated that way. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the area was clean. We would most definitely recommend John and Perimeter Fence.

We had driven around the neighborhood and took pictures to get an idea of the kind of fence we wanted. We then researched fence companies on Angieslist. We reached out to several companies for estimates including Perimeter Fence. Perimeter Fence's bid was the most affordable. He didnt seem to mark up charges on the permit and some of the other things that other companies did. We sent over pictures of the kind of fence we wanted. John kept us informed throughout the whole process. You could tell he is the type of guy who cares about professionalism and quality of work. Our fence turned out great! We have been so happy with him that we referred him to some friends who needed to have their fence reparied. They were equally as happy with him as we were. Glad we found him!

We contacted John to have a new gate installed for our fence. He did a fantastic job, was courteous, professional and made sure we were happy with the results. My only regret is we did not hire John years ago to fix the gate. We would highly recommend him.

Overall, we would use Perimeter Fence again. We recognize that there were challenges along the way, but in the end we received the fence we desired and any issues along the way were made right with sincerity and gratitude.

Great! John is an extremely pleasant person to work with. Very attentive to our needs. John worked very hard in 100 degree heat to get the job done (we were worried about him! We kept bringing him water because he was working not stop to get the new posts into the ground!)
John also crafted a metal brace for our gate so it wouldn't keep leaning inward and prevent the gate from closing. He did a very nice job. The project did take a little longer than we expected, however, we were fine with the time-frame as we were not in any rush to get the job done. Although it did take a little longer, John kept us posted throughout the process to keep us abreast of his schedule. John also brought our yellow lab a bag of tennis balls - very nice touch! All in all, very good experience.

I would highly recommend Permiter Fence as they provided the lowest bid with quality material. Permiter Fence started and finished the job when they said they would start and finished the job. On top of everything else, Permiter Fence was very easy and pleaseant to work with - estremely professional! i would highly recommend Permiter Fence!!!

I contaced John after another contractor failed to do the repair. John inspected the damaged fence and gave me a estimate to which I agreed. That was on Tuesday the 20th . He informed me that it takes 2 days to get a underground utility locate and he would be back on Friday the 23rd. On the 23rd he preformed the work as promised.
