+ -1 moreI had to end up salvaging my vehicle for $1300 instead of the $8000 value it should have had. Rusty Eck's service department ruined my vehicle, cost me $6700 and the service manager Paul refused to do anything for me except try to sell me another Ford vehicle. I'm not that dumb! I replaced it with an Infiniti - way better quality than Ford.
Description of Work: Had them do warranty work on my 2004 Ford Escape. It was fine before, but when returned it was making a funny noise. They did something to my Ford Escape so that the rear right bumper was stripped of it's plastic covering revealing it was rusted out in the wheel well area.

+ 0 moreI did not hear from Jerry at Performance ever again. He never returned my calls, never followed up. He is obviously a liar. I sold my Escape for scrap metal for $1300. I'm absolutely done with Ford Motor and Performance Ford.
Description of Work: I brought in my 2004 Ford Escape for recall service. The car was fine prior to dropping it off. When I got it back, it made a rattling noise on the rear right side. I took it back and they could not explain it but gave me a body shop quote to repair it for $1500. The rear wheel well was broken. I went to a body shop of a friend that I trust. He told me the repair would be $5000 and the car is only worth $8000 so not worth fixing. And the car is unsafe to drive! I called Performance Ford. The manager Jerry promised to find me a replacement deal and get me the car I wanted and to look at my car's issue.

Description of Work: Rusty Eck Ford did work on a diesel van for me about a week ago. They replaced an oil sensor switch and fixed the ABS sensor.
