I had to end up salvaging my vehicle for $1300 instead of the $8000 value it should have had.  Rusty Eck's service department ruined my vehicle, cost me $6700 and the service manager Paul refused to do anything for me except try to sell me another Ford vehicle. I'm not that dumb!  I replaced it with an Infiniti - way better quality than Ford.

I did not hear from Jerry at Performance ever again. He never returned my calls, never followed up. He is obviously a liar. I sold my Escape for scrap metal for $1300. I'm absolutely done with Ford Motor and Performance Ford.
