I had just gotten a membership at Angie's List and decided to use it to find a realtor. After looking through several options I decided to give Paul a try. He was surprised to receive my call since a majority of his clients are received via word of mouth. Paul was able to meet with me within an hour of my first phone call. Going into his office I thought I already had the house picked out that I wanted to purchase. After getting Paul's and several other people's opinions I decided to forgo the house and continue looking. Paul worked with me over the next two months, giving me several hours every weekend to look at different houses. Just when I thought I would not be able to find the house I was looking for Paul pointed me at a home that was asking just slightly over what I was hoping to pay but had everything I had been looking for. We were able to talk the seller down $4k and they paid closing costs as well. I was very impressed with the level of dedication and the quality of service Paul provided even knowing that he would not be making a large commission on the houses in the price range I was looking at. I am hoping not to be moving for a long time, but when it comes time to sell this house I will definitely be considering Paul to be my realtor again.

The housing market was extremely slow so being able to sell it in less than a month was really remarkable. He helped me line up people to get it ready as I was not able to do it myself. He was very honest with me and he took the time to help me make it more attractive and he went way out of his way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He's very courteous, and very professional. He is also helping me look at some properties now as well and he is very prepared with comparable reports about other homes and helped me know exactly what to expect. He does not waste my time with properties that are unsuitable, he knows what I'm looking for and sticks with that.
