Love the on-line method for making an appointment. So easy to see all of the options and select one. Also, a solid price quote was given. Work began as soon as I arrived. They informed me as to how long it would take. They completed the work on-time. I stayed in their waiting room while the work was done. Very clean, good reading materials, very clean restrooms, and free coffee. The windshield looks as good as new.

Safelight AutoGlass was recommended by my insurance company. I have a $250 deductible so I did not enter a claim. Safelight was able to schedule the replacement at their nearby shop within 2 days at my convenience. They said that it would take approximately 90 minutes - 2 hours. I chose to wait for it in their comfortable waiting area and was able to drive my car away in a little less than 90 minutes with instructions on what to do or not do for the first 24 hours and with a written warranty.
