They did a lousy job, ants continued to come back, and they never identified a carpenter ant infestation on the deck that another company stated was their for at least two years. Can't get billing correct.

Went very well, great personnel and great service.

They couldn't really solve the problem for us, and it was a recurring problem. The experience with them was pretty good, but it required repeated spraying, so I felt that it was a little more of a Band Aid rather than actually solving the problem.

After the first time they treated the house it was so diminished. He said that they would leave the traps up and not to kill the ants because they were ticking the way back to their colony. So we had to wait a couple of days for them to really reduce but now we don't see any though. They are really good and very professional. We have signed them up for the whole year.

Since we have been using Orkin to spray our home, we have not had any bugs in or around our home. The guy that sprays is very nice and extremely thorough. We really like using them to take care of our home when it comes to pests.

I can't say that I have been a hundred percent satisfied with the company, but I am still giving them a chance to do what they say they can do. We have a bad silverfish problem, and they have been out a few times, and they are still not gone. I guess it might take a few treatments before we see a difference. I also don't like that they are always sending someone new to the house. It makes it hard to get to know someone.

We have been using Orkin to keep the bugs away from our home for five years, and they do a good job or we wouldn't still be using them. The guy who comes is very good about getting where the bugs are.

I like that I have had the same tech for the past few years. It just makes the whole experience more personable when you can have a conversation with the person that comes to the house. He is very flexible and will work around my schedule. They have gone up on price but I think everything has these days. They do an excellent job and I will continue to use them.

Orkin does a really good job of keeping pests away from our home. Since we have been using them, we have only had one little outbreak of ants and Orkin came right out to take care of the problem at no additional cost to me.
