They were pretty good. They were kind, understanding, and they weren’t offended that I knew something about own body. I have posttraumatic stress disorder from some of the not so nice medical people I have met in my life and they were very considerate. They made me feel at ease and they cared about my person, not just about the insurance card in my wallet. They were decent human beings, which is not something I find very often.
