Excellent and fast service.  Called to request a quote, received in two days.  Called to confirm I wanted service and they said it would be within the 1-2 weeks and they would call 24 hours in advance.  Got a call in 2 business days and work was done the next day.  I wasn't here when they came for the estimate nor when the work was done but Jeff did exactly as I requested.

They did a nice job shaping the lilacs. They did take out some hanging low branches and I thought they would clean more of the dead branches out on the Pine but that was indicated on the work order. They did a fine job on the Maple.

Excellent job beginning with the estimate, explanation of the project, and final cleanup.  This was an 8-hour job involving at least 7-8  people.  Because of the narrow driveway, the crew had quite a lot of extra work transporting all the limbs down a relatively steep driveway to the vehicles that were parked on the street.  Ir was a difficult job in that the sprawling limbs covered at least 1/3 of the roof of the house as well as detached garage; the limbs also covered quite a bit of the neighbor's yard.  It was an awesome project with absolutely zero damages.  At the end of the day the crew vacuumed the entire area.  Matt , from the management staff, was very pleasant to work with.  Even though the job was delayed due to a rainy June, he was very helpful in coordinating with the concrete company which was to follow the project.  I was awed by the enormity of the job and the obvious professionalism and courteous manner of the crew.

Tree Trimming Great, But they tore down a section of fence unnecessarily for better access.  I had a gate. The put it back up poorly.  It has several large holes in it so that my small dog can get out and rabbies carrying pests can get in.

They did a great job. They cut the tree down, took the tree with them, hauled it all away, and had someone come and grind down the stump. Everything was included in the price so it was easier. They were contracting out the people who would grind the stump so we ran into a problem with that. I think they quit doing that because they were running into problems.

I had used them twice.  I liked them, they did a wonderful job.  Their price was very reasonable compared to another bid that I had got.  I would definitely use them again in the future, in fact they are the only ones that I will call.

It was awesome. It went very smoothly.  They came when they said they would and they cleaned up.  They did a very thorough job.

Omaha Tree came and pruned the tree exactly as requested even though my wife and I were at work. Except for a little sawdust on the ground and the obvious clearing in the tree canopy, there was no evidence that they had been there! The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. The job was done within the time frame promised.

The company came out within the week and completed the job while we were at work.  We couldn't believe what a thorough job they had done!  It turned out even better than we had expected.  The "special instructions" on the estimate provided a detailed listing of what they were to do and they completed every last item on the list.  We were extremely impressed and will rehire this company in the future when we need more tree trimming to be done (it will be quite some time though, considering the wonderful job they did this time around!  Our trees won't need to be trimmed for years)!

I would recommend them to everybody. They were not only very professional on the phone but also on the property. When I came home there wasn't a leaf or a twig on the ground. The work looks incredible. They came on time in the morning and stayed all day until the job was done.

I overall had a very favorable impression of them. They tended to trim my trees very well. I thought it was very fast and efficient and that the end product, the way the trees looked, was very well done. I would highly recommend them for tree service.

It went good. I've actually had them out a few times and each service has been professional.

It took a while for them to start, because the trees were close to the power lines and they had to wait for the power company to come and trim. And because the trees were so large, they had to bring a flatbed truck to haul away the trunks. Since our driveway doesn't go into the backyard, they brought all the cuttings out to the front of the house to remove. They did leave a small dent in one of our gutters and caught one of our downspouts, as they were working. They are coming back to repair the gutters. Overall, I am very pleased with their work. We have used them before and will use them again.

They answered their phone and came out to give an estimate the same day. The quote was the best I received. They completed everything; trimming, removal, stump grinding within a week. There was nothing left for me to clean up and my yard looks great.

I was extremely pleased with the tree trimming services that I received from Omaha Tree Company, however I found them to be rather pricey. Now, I did have some rather difficult branches that needed to be removed, so that could be why I felt that it was a bit expensive. I would say that their work is very precise, and their employees are very respectful of their customers.

Jeff's Tree Service was professional and courteous, however, I did want more trimmed off than they trimmed. Maybe that was my fault, as I did not explain well enough or I should have said something to them. They were prompt for the appointment and left little cleanup. I did feel the prices were a bit high.
