The company owner, Craig Broadstone, was a general contractor that we chose to do our house addition. At the time his business was called AMC Construction. He proceeded to mismanage the project and did not pay the subcontractors, resulting in liens being placed on our property. There were several subs not paid overall, only two of the subs placed liens.
We were able to hold back enough of our construction loan to negotiate directly with those subs to get the liens removed. At the time we discovered this situation thankfully the job was 95% complete. The company owner walked away from us and the subs that never recieved payment and never attempted to correct the financial burden or situation he placed on our family.
We took his business to the BBB arbitration process and won a judgement for $15K; the very next week this business owner declared backruptcy. He is now doing the same line of business under the Omaha Remodeling Associates, LLC. It is very disheartening to see him continue on doing the same line of business when he clearly did not fulfill his contract honestly or with integrity in our case.

The owner of this company is Craig Broadstone. I was dissatisfied with them. I had a lot of trouble with him and in fact I had to fire him this fall. They were not dependable and they did not do a very good job. Out of the $13000 I paid him he did very little work and most of the work was done by his subcontractors of whom he has not paid one cent. So he did not pay any of his sub contractors during that time. Initial response was very good but once he got the job and started on it, within the first two week everything went downhill from there. As for the quality of his job, the new contractor had to take out some of his work like the bathroom. I will not use him again.
